Fresh, healthy, prepared meals focusing on portion size and macro nutrients without sacrificing flavor. Our ingredients are locally sourced whenever possible and we currently have a rotating menu.

How It Works

Place Order

Our menu changes weekly! Select from our menu of rotating signature dishes. Orders are placed for the following week and meals are prepared over the weekend. Choose between pickup or local delivery.

Cook

Our staff will carefully prepare, cook and package all of your meals to have them fresh and ready to go.

Pickup/ Delivery

You choose to pickup your meals at our designated location or choose local delivery. For local delivery, if you will not be home on delivery day we ask that you leave a cooler with ice for us to place your meals in.

Heat It & Eat It

Our meal containers are microwave safe. In just minutes you will be enjoying chef curated meals from work or home. Additionally, our containers are freezer safe but we do not recommend freezing.

Pick Up

Pick up day is Monday of the following week. Reach out if that day does not work for you! Currently our pick up location and times vary. During our soft launch phase please message via instagram messenger or text to coordinate a pickup location.

Delivery Info

Delivery date is Monday of the following week. Our delivery window is between 10am- 2pm. Reach out if that day does not work for you! We ask that you order at least 3 items for delivery. Delivery fee is $4 and free if you order 7 items or more. Delivery available in St. Louis City and County within a 10 mile radius of Brentwood. We ask that you be home for delivery during our soft launch phase
